Prepare the scone dough as explained on the GoldenCloud pack, divide between the prepared dishes or tin and press out thinly and evenly to line the bases
using your finger tips, rub the butter or margarine into the GoldenCloudScone Mix, add in the mashed banana and roughly chopped chocolate, and gently mix through to evenly distribute the ingredients
Place the GoldenCloudScone Mix into a medium sized mixing bowl. 4 Make a well in the centre of the scone mix and add the liquid mixture. 500 g GoldenCloudScone Mix 1 large egg200 ml full cream milk100 ml melted butter or oil

2 Rub the butter into the dry GOLDENCLOUDScone Mix until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs. 5 Bake pudding for 30 - 35 minutes or until dough is golden and a skewer comes out clean when inserted
the GoldenCloud Cake Wheat Flour, baking powder and custard powder. Cut into circles with a scone cutter and rest for 15 minutes before for 20 - 25 minutes
