But very often, it's simply a matter of what's in the fridge. Drizzle the surface of the cheesecakewith the strawberry jam followed by the ganache that is left over from making the base
Spread with a little cream mixture, top with a layer of biscuits, spread with more of the cream mixture, and repeat until all the biscuits and cream are used
Put in the fridge for an hour or two at least and then enjoy. Spread with some of the creamed mix, another layer of dipped biscuits, then another layer of creamed mix – continue till you have used most of the biscuits
I made this - really just an amped up version of a date fridgecake - for my wedding cake. I watched with a twinge of nervousness as this cake rapidly disappeared on Saturday
You see, I just had to make something with peanut butter and chocolate (as one does) and conveniently had a number of the chilled ingredients in my fridge, nearing their "use by" date
