My version Crustless Quiche with salmon, broccoli and a crunchy salad. I decided to try the Crustless spinach and trout quiche which is gluten and wheat free due to having no crust but I also made it dairy free and changed the filling slightly to suit what I had at home, the name of the book I chose first " Home"
A few years ago I made a tuna and broccoliquiche and the combination stayed with me – I could taste the contrasting textures, the saltiness of the tuna versus the freshness of the broccoli when just thinking about it
Chopped tomatoes, steamed broccoli, steamed asparagus, sautéed mushrooms, etc. Pour everything into the Pyrex dish, bake for +- 45 – 60 minutes until a knife inserted into the middle of the quiche comes out with no raw egg attached. 0000 LOW-CARB QUICHE
