the grated zucchini into a colander and squeeze out the excess water and place in a large mixing bowl together with onion,garlic paste and chopped coriander.
together the yoghurt, oil and eggs and add to the zucchini mixture. Mix well then add the self raising flour, chilli powder and the grated cheese. Season well with salt and pour the mixture into a large well-greased ovenproof dish.
with feta cheese and chopped peppadews.
for 30-40 minutes, or until the centre is set and the outside is golden brown.
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla essence and cream. Sift flour and baking powder. flatten dough (and leave some dough for grating over) at the bottom of a flat tray , spread jam of choice(I used apricot jam)
Using your hands, press the crust into the bottom of a tart pan. Fruits of choice and season. If you are preparing the tart more than a few hours in advance, brush the fruit with this glaze to preserve
