  • 4 baby marrows, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  • 2 red onions, cut into wedges
  • 45 ml olive oil

  • 2 x400g cans of chopped tomatoes
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 10 ml chopped garlic
  • 45 ml tomato paste
  • 400 g can of lentils, drained
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 ml sugar
  • 45 ml chopped basil
  • 500 g crème fraîche
  • 125 ml milk
  • 80 ml grated Parmesan cheese
  • 300 g lasagne sheets
  • 250 ml grated mozzarella
