  • Basmati Rice 500Grams soaked half n hour prior cooking
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1 Bunch mintchopped
  • 2 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp biryani masala powder (I used everest)
  • 4 black cardamom
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 tbs garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 3 green cardamom
  • 1 tsp black cumin
  • Fresh Coriander/Cilantro Leaves
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • 4 green chillies chopped
  • 4 dry red chillies
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 5 garlic pods peeled and chopped
  • 4-5 strands of saffron soaked in 1/2 cup of warm milk for half n hour
  • 6 tsp Clarified Butter / ghee

  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 10 cauliflower florets
  • 100 gms french beans chopped in medium pieces
