Before serving add boiled paste first pour white sauce over , top with veggies and sprinkle cheese. In a pan add some olive oil Garlic and ground green chilli and on medium heat let this cook for 30 seconds or until you get the smell , add the veggies and toss
Mix the rice into the veggies but keep some white rice aside. In a pan, add 1 cup frozen mixed veggies with olive oil, salt, red chilli powder, ground garlic, red masala, cayenne pepper, whole jeeru (cumin), dhana jeeru (cumin), lemon juice, whole green chillies, curry leaves and some water and let cook on medium heat. When almost done, add 1 can mix veggies, 1⁄2 cup boiled Masoor (Back lentils), handful of fried onions, 1⁄4 cup saffron water and 2 tablespoon sourmilk
Lightly cook or steam the vegetables until just done, yet still firm. Dip the vegetables into the batter, lightly allow excess to drain off and cook in moderately hot oil for a few minutes until light golden and crisp
Roast in a preheated oven until the vegetables are cooked, soft and starting to brown. 1 Place the vegetables in a single layer in a large roasting tin, sprinkle garlic on top, drizzle olive oil all over and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. 4 Combine the roasted pepper strips with the roasted vegetables and spread a layer over the lasagne sheets
Mutton n Veg Stew (Rashida Akoonjee). -Mix all together in meat n set aside -Green beans Double Beans Carrots peas baby cabbage n some gudra cut carrots n beans wash all veg-In a flat pot add some oil n ghee slice 1 big onion lil jeeroo n 3 pcs taj wen it turns pink in color add marinated meat braise well 5 to 10min add veg on top but do nt mix leave on low heat to cook -Cut cabbage into halfs n steep in boiling salted water on stove fr 5 min drain out water take care not to break up cabbage cut n fry potatoes leave aside -Now check from side of pot to see if meat n veg are cooked, heat must be slow n don't add water -when meat is cooked layer the potatoes n cabbage on top let it cook on low till moisture is evaporated -top with a few green chillies
Toss the veggies, adding more olive oil if they are looking a bit dry. Take the veggies out of the oven and add the chopped spring onions and crumbled feta, take to the table with Hot English mustard

veg. enough so that the fish and veggies don’t overlap, place the fish evenly spaced. and scatter the veggies, capers, olives and garlic in between the fish
Return the rice to the heat and add the veggie mixture together with the peas and milk. Fork the veggies lightly through the rice and gently heat through
While you’re waiting for your oven and water to heat up, prep your vegetables. Add the rest of the vegetables and add just enough water to cover the base of the pan to steam the veg (we don’t want to give the vegetables colour)
Well, this is my take on my favourite healthy take away dish – Chicken strips, veg and spicy rice. We don’t have Nando’s franchise in Bethal (hinting for someone to rescue us ) so, when the craving hits I have to make my own Chicken strips, with veg and spicy rice
Veggies. Veggies. Veggies. Add the fried veggies mix well and lastly the dumplings with atleast 1 to 2 cups of water and cook on low until dumplings raise and cook. In a pan fry all veggies and fry for atleast 15 minutes for until onion starts to change color
