  • 175 g butter, softened
  • 250 g castor sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 30 ml finely grated lemon zest
  • 125 ml plain yoghurt
  • 180 ml milk
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 350 g flour
  • 10 ml baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 250 ml blueberries, fresh or frozen, tossed in 15ml flour
  • 500 ml icing sugar
  • 30-40 ml lemon juice
