Serve with basmati riceand fresh coriander. It is a healthy home cooked meal with lots of green vegetables, not too much meat and such intense flavour it will blow your socks off
Use it as the base for delicious veggie curries or with seafood, chicken or whatever else you fancy. Comfort food has the ability to transport you to a very happy and comforting place

Substitute the chicken with prawns to really impress. Spice and All Things Nice Pilaf rice. Depending on the heat preferred, add Spice and All things Nice ThaiGreenCurry paste to a splash of olive oil
Tonight we’re opting for a yellow Thaicurry with succulent chicken, coated in a luscious coconut cream sauce and served with crunchy, fresh vegetables and fluffy basmati rice
dhania (coriander) handful. then add your grated tomatoes and cook lol then add your chickn pieces and potatoes I add it same time and cook on low till done befre serving garnish wth nice handful of dhania (coriander)
This chickenand pineapple salad with red pepper and baby greens can be prepared in a jiffy and is best enjoyed on the porch while looking at the sunset and the birds feeding on crumbs of bread you sprinkled in the backyard
