Ingredients

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Robertsons rice spice
  • Boil until half done & strain in colander
  • Vagaar
  • 2 tablespoon sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon whole saumph
  • 1 green chillie sliced
  • A few curry leaves
  • 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
  • Braise then pour over rice & steam for approx 20 minutues on oven
