  • 400 g beef strips
  • 2 teaspoons green curry paste
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 6 baby marrows
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 3 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fry the onion in a splash of oil. Brown the beef and add the curry paste, fry for around 5 minutes.
  • Add the coconut milk, sugar snaps and baby marrows.
  • Cook at a medium heat for 20 minutes and add the coriander, lemon juice, fish sauce and brown sugar.
  • Serve with basmati rice and fresh coriander.
