Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red chilli
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 500 ml
  • chicken stock
  • 2 can
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 100 g rice noodles
  • 150 g shimeji mushrooms
  • 30 minutes. Pull the chicken apart using two forks. Set aside.
