Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 300 g sweet potatoes peeled
  • 300 g butternut peeled
  • 1 packet spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1-2 fresh red chillies
  • 6 large free-range eggs
  • 3 tbsp chunky cottage cheese
  • 250 g wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 50 g mature cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
