  • 180 ml
  • cooked and mashed sweet potato
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • self-raising flour, sifted
  • tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • tbsp cinnamon
  • tsp nutmeg
  • finely grated carrots, squeezed well
  • cup sultanas (optional)
  • flaked almonds
  • butter, softened
  • tbsp boiling hot water
  • smooth full fat cream cheese
