Ingredients

  • 15 minutes
  • 900 g beef brisket
  • 6 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 8 tortilla wraps
  • 8 spring onions
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 50 g to 75g cheese, grated or crumbled
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 15 minutes
  • 20 minutes
  • 35 minutes
  • Ingredients
  • 75 g jumbo oats (set some aside to sprinkle on top of muffins)
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until risen and golden brown.
