I have been wanting to make paella for months now but have been searching for the most cost effective seafood mix (and one without crab sticks) but recently Pick n Pay had one on special so I just bought it and tried it out

Soak the couscous in the water with the stick of cinnamon. Roast the vegetables that have been diced with olive oil, salt, pepper, tumeric and other spices

Spread with remaining crabmeat, shrimp and sauce. Top with 3 noodles. pour in 3/4 cup of the sauce over crab and shrimp and then sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. top with 3 noodles. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. top with 3 noodles. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon parsley
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arroz com Marisco is a Portuguese seafood and rice dish. I usually use the mixed seafood packets as it works out cheaper for us than adding the mussels, prawns and clams
Serve sprinkled with coriander. Serves 4-6. Heat the oil and fry the onion until soft. Add the red, green and yellow peppers, ginger, garlic and chilli and fry over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until soft
