Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 60 g white mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • ½ small green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
  • ½ small yellow onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1½ cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 120 g cooked lobster meat, cut into
  • 250 g skinless haddock, pin bones removed, cut into
  • 4 large sea scallops, thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 3 tbsp grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
