  • 1 kg prawns cleaned and washed
  • 5 to 6 cloves garlic ( using the back of spoon and pinch of salt soften it ) / use 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice
  • 1 teaspoon crushed dhana
  • 3 tablespoon mayo
  • 2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce
  • 5 tablespoon Minnie's Portuguese sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomatoe paste .
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped dhania (coriander) or dill ( I used dill )
  • 2 blobs garlic butter
