Add 1½ cups fine coconut mix until well incorporated. In a separate bowl sift 2 cups flour, 1½ teaspoon baking powder, ⅓ cup cocoa. Turn mixer on lowest speed, adding 1 cup at a time dry ingredients to form a soft firm dough.
