Ingredients

  • 250 g butter with 1 cup sugar on high speed until light and creamy. Lower speed & add 2 eggs beating in one at a time. Then add ½ teaspoon red food col and 1 teaspoon chocolate food col, beat again. Add 1½ cups fine coconut mix until well incorporated. In a separate bowl sift 2 cups flour, 1½ teaspoon baking powder, ⅓ cup cocoa. Turn mixer on lowest speed, adding 1 cup at a time dry ingredients to form a soft firm dough.
