I serve my (simple) Exotic Mushroom Sauce over aged sirloin with skinny fries on the side. Drying mushrooms preserves their taste and texture and intensifies their flavour
Serve with a generous dollop of sour cream, guacamoleand plenty of salsa. Spoon the rest of the mushroom mixture on top, and sprinkle with the leftover cheese
Serve it with some baked potatoes and salad or take the meat off the kebab once cooked and served it on a pita or flatbread with a spoonful of plain yoghurt, some more apricot chutney and chopped herbs for freshness
Add tin of Condensed Mushroom Soup, and fill the same tin twice with boiling water and add to soup. you can boil it with some salt and ginger/garlic mix and then shred it if you prefer)
Sprinkle it heavily with nutritional yeast and black pepper. I like to peel the zucchini before making it into noodles as I don’t like the taste of the peel when raw
