Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Caster Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oil {I use Sunflower Oil}
  • 1 cup Plain Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Poppy Seeds
  • 1 cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 1 cup Self-Raising Flour
  • 200 g White Chocolate, good eating quality, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup Icing Sugar, sifted
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 3 TB Margarine
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
  • Extra 1/2 cup Icing Sugar
  • Poppy Seeds, to decorate
  • Finely grated Chocolate, to decorate
