This breakfast is on the healthy side with the eggs being poachedand the toasted rye bread that is equal to like a zillion vitamins and minerals (calcium, magnesium, iron, Vitamins A, B, C and D)
If you have some plain yogurt, then simply mix with a little splash of lemon juice, crushed garlic, fresh mint and chilli, season with sea salt and cracked pepper and dollop atop freshly made hashbrowns
Once you get the hang of how your microwave work and find the right bowl, you’ll be delighting in poachedeggs for breakfast, lunch, supper and dessert because it’s that darn easy
I serve the HashBrownswith fried bacon pieces, mushrooms, peppers and onions. Shred the onion and place with potatoes and dry both until all water is out
Repeat with remaining eggs. Using a slotted spoon, gently the remove the eggs from the simmering water and place them in the warm olive oil-lime sauce (off the heat) until ready to serve
On their own they are fantastic, but to make the gourmet looking and a little more appealing and interesting, I’d recommend whipping up a garlic aioli, getting a few strips of salmon and topping that off with some micro herbs

This Sausage Casserole Recipe with Chilli and Red Kidney Beans is a perfect winter warmer. It makes for a warm, nourishing winter meal and is best served with mash potato although on the video they recommend baked potato
Water with some water and butter until soft. Make sure the water has dried up add the fresh cream allow to simmer add the flour to thicken and remove from heat
Then roll and seal the ends with a fork, then cut into bite sized sausage rolls. Zucchini & beetroot work perfectly as does corn, herb it up with any parsley or fresh herbs you have in your fridge or garden to add oomph to the flavor and the vitamins
Season with salt and black pepper. salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drain and set aside. Spoon the rest of the macaroni mixture on top and pour over the remaining white sauce
