  • 2 tins of pichard fish. i use luckystar because i found that the fish is more.
  • half onion finely chopped
  • garlic and ginger paste. (sometimes i omit)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 tblsp flour
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • half tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp roasted masala
  • 2 eggs
  • hand full of chopped coriander.


    debone pilchards. add all ingredients and mix. let it rest in the fridge for atleast half hour. make small balls and push flat.b fry in shallow oil until brown on each side.

    serve with mash and tomato smoor.
