Peanut Butter, coconut and date balls

Ingredients

  • Makes 20
  • 240 g Mejool dates, pitted
  • 120 g salted peanuts and raisins
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 50 ml oats
  • 80 g toasted coconut
  • Blits all ingredients except the coconut in a blender until a paste has formed.
  • Roll into balls and then roll in the coconut.
