Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • pinch salt
  • 1 cup non dairy milk
  • 2 x 200g bags of spinach, steamed, cooled, drained and chopped
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp margarine or coconut oil
  • 2 cups non dairy milk
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast ( optional)
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
