I have been wanting to make paella for months now but have been searching for the most cost effective seafood mix (and one without crab sticks) but recently Pick n Pay had one on special so I just bought it and tried it out
The perfect Paella (well in my opinion anyway) is one thats made with good quality chorizo, has a good kick of authentic Spanish spice and is just a little but saucier than the traditional Paella
