  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp coconut extract
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cup sweetened shredded coconut, divided
