Ingredients

  • 2 dessertspoons oats
  • 1 teacup (200ml) fat free/skimmed or almond milk
  • 3 dessertspoons plain low fat yoghurt
  • 6 whole almonds
  • 6 pitted prunes
  • 1 tsp honey
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • ½ banana (optional)
  • 3-4 blocks of ice
