Ingredients

  • 5 minutes, test
  • 200 g cake flour
  • 10 g Fresh yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of
  • bicarbonate of soda
  • 3 tablespoons of plain
  • yoghurt
  • wait 2 to 3 minutes before baking the next batch of
  • naan. It gives oven the chance to get heated again to max.
