Ingredients

  • 1.4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2 tblsp harissa paste (I buy mine from Akhalwaya’s Fish & Prawn market, it’s homemade by the owner)
  • 2 sachets tomato paste
  • salt
  • 3 tblsp Portuguese Garlic & Peri Peri Sauce
  • 3 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp dried red chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chilli
  • Combine all into a paste and rub onto your fish
