Ingredients

  • 6 Egg Yolks
  • 60 ml Treacle Sugar
  • 15 ml Glucose Syrup
  • 1 L Maltabella, cooked with 500 ml additional cream added to make a creamy: consistency
  • 100 ml Honey
  • 10 ml Cinnamon Powder
  • 250 ml Almonds, roasted and chopped
  • 250 ml Pecan Nuts, roasted and chopped
