Ingredients

  • 250 g packet of dried lasagne pasta sheets
  • Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g minced beef, not too lean
  • 100 g unsmoked pancetta, lardon or bacon, very finely diced
  • 75 g carrot, finely grated
  • 75 g celery, very finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 50 g tomato purée
  • 1/2 glass red or white wine
  • 180 ml fresh milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 900 ml full-fat milk
  • Salt & pepper
  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, grated
