Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 medium carrots (about 120g) peeled and finely chopped
  • 500 g lamb mince
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 400 g tin peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 750 g potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 75 g butter
  • ½ cup milk
  • salt
  • 40 g finely grated parmesan cheese
  • piping bag and round nozzle
