Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 fresh sage leaves
  • 4 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard, or mustard of choice
  • 15 minutes, then turn the oven down to 350 degrees F. and cook another 30 minutes. Pork should be 160 degrees when done. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes so the juices can distribute evenly before slicing. Remove the string.
