Ingredients

  • 1 kg meat
  • Boil meat with
  • 3 whole onions
  • 1 whole head of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon saumph
  • 2 tablespoon whole dhana
  • 2 tablespoon salt
  • Boil in a large pot of water till meat is tender
  • Take out meat and strain water..keep aside
  • Chop the soft onions and fry in ghee (Clarified butter) with
  • 2 tablespoon whole Jeeru (Cumin)
  • 10 cloves
  • 15 peppercorns
  • 6 big black Elachi (cardomom)
  • Add meat with 1 tablespoon ginger garlic
  • Braise and add
  • 10 chopped green chillies
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 cup sourmilk
  • braise well
  • Add rice and drained water
  • Add little extra water and steam till done
  • Serve with dhai and papar
