Ingredients

  • 1 packet ginger biscuits
  • 50 ml butter, melted
  • 1 litre full cream milk
  • 1 vanilla pod, slit down and seeds scraped out
  • 1 cinnamon whole
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 ml brown sugar
  • 50 ml cornflour
  • 25 ml cake flour
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
