Ingredients

  • 15 ml coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200 g celery sticks
  • 2 white onions
  • 2 kg butternut, peeled and seeds removed
  • 800 g (2 tins) coconut milk
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes (check to make sure they’re gluten free if you want a gluten free dish)
  • 3 chai tea bags
  • ±2 litres water
