  • 2 cups green beans, cooked, mashed and well-drained ( beans, potato and onion) or fried rice (recipe on blog)
  • 1 cup cake flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chilli (optional)
  • 15 ml) baking powder
  • Sauce
  • 2 tomatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped red or green chilli
  • 125 ml water
  • 15 ml) maizena
  • 1/4 cup cold water.
