Ingredients

  • 300 g sugar
  • 2 cinnamon
  • 1 t lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 6 cups full cream milk
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 200 ml
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 500 g phyllo pastry
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • Boil sugar, cinnamon sticks, lemon juice and
  • water for about 10 minutes until thick and syrupy.Callow to cool down.
