  • 6 large crumpets
  • 15 minutes
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp (5ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (250ml) ground almonds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) baking powder
  • ½ tsp (2.5ml) ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp (30ml) butter, for frying
  • Maple syrup, for serving
  • Raspberries, for serving
