  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil + extra for drizzling
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 chicken breast fillets, sliced horizontally
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 400 g tin chickpeas
  • 40 g rocket
