  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 300 g portabellini mushrooms, sliced
  • 300 g brown mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp finely chopped thyme
  • 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup marsala wine
  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp finely chopped thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 mini French baguette (enough for 8 slices)
  • 80 g chevin
