  • 1 small orange sweet pepper, cut into rings
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • ⅓ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons low fat milk or water
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • dash of hot sauce
