Ingredients

  • 30 minutes
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 250 g pitted prunes
  • 5 minutes until they start to brown, then add in the garlic and
  • 3 minutes, add back the meat along
  • 30 minutes, check the season and adjust to
  • 1 tsp black mustard seeds
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • Place all the ingredients into a small saucepan and
  • simmer for about 20 minutes until it thickens.
