  • Pinch salt
  • Iced water to mix
  • Chocolate pear tart
  • 4 pears
  • 1 cup water
  • 80 ml white sugar
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 50 g blanched almonds
