Ingredients

  • 1 thin layer of chocolate cake/ sponge
  • 1 tin of caramel
  • 250 ml double cream or 1 tin of dessert cream
  • 4 large bananas peeled and thinly sliced .
  • 1 box of Moirs instant banana pudding made per instructions on box and chilled in fridge .
  • 500 ml of already made Chocolate mousse
  • 250 ml of fresh whipping cream whipped until stiff with a teaspoon of vanilla essence and 1 tablespoon of icing sugar .
  • Berries to decorate
  • Chocolate to sprinkle or grate over .
