Save Print Chilli Fish Cakes Author. 8 fish cakes Ingredients 400g white fish (this is one box of petite hake fillets) 1 egg small handful of coriander (amount depends on your preference) 1 tsp garlic and chilli sauce (Mediterranean has a nice one) 1 tsp garlic 1 tbsp fish sauce ginger 75g green beans, chopped Oil for frying Instructions Blitz the fish in the blender until smooth - it almost looks like a thick paste Add all the other ingredients and blitz until combined, you can stir in the chopped beans or add them whole and blend for a minute or two
1 red chilli, seeded and chopped. Serves 6. Combine all the ingredients well for the dressing. Pour half over the prawns and allow to marinate for 30 minutes
