If I'd been able to add other ingredients I probably would have included some extra spices - some turmeric and a pinch of chilli would have gone well with this dish I think, but even without these spices this dish was super tasty with the cumin and star anise turning ordinary beef into something special
Cheats chicken pasta ~. Grab a rotisserie chicken from Woolies and chop into bite size pieces. Fry a few skinless chicken breasts in olive oil with a little chopped onion, some garlic and peppers
This Spicy chili, tomato wings is right on top of my list of “easy” meals, despite a quick rinse your chicken wings really don’t need any further preperation
