Ingredients

  • Chicken Tikka
  • serves 4
  • 500 g chicken breast cubed
  • 250 g baby marrow cut into thick rings
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 sachet woolworths tikka paste
  • 1 tin whole peeled tomatoes
  • 10 ml tomato paste
  • 125 ml coconut milk
  • 15 ml cornflour
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Dosa
  • makes 8
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup cake flour / rice flour
  • 3 ml bicarb
  • 5 ml mustard seeds
  • 2 ml salt
  • 5 ml lemon juice
  • water to made a batter
