Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 drumsticks
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 large carrot
  • 2 celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 black pepper corns
  • 20 minutes
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
  • 600 g Broccoli
  • 400 g Baby spinach leaves
  • 60 g grated
  • 1/2 cup Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
