Ingredients

  • 2 thighs of chicken per person
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 Chicken Stock cube – I used an OXO one.
  • 2 cups or 285 g pasta. (You can use as much pasta as you wish. I chose pasta bows as the spinach and flavour sticks nicely to the shape)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
